    Hi JZ; I sustained a TBI in 2007 while working for Sheriff Department; I was rated 78% permanent disabled in 2009; I'm currently receiving a monthly allowance of $590 due to my injury with lifetime medical. The insurance is not mandated to due a buy-out; but I'm relocating overseas with my family and will likely not return to the U.S. What are the chances of getting a buy-out from the insurance? Any recommendation?

    Should a claims adjuster ignore me and I don't have a lawyer, I would take it up with the insured. Let them know how their insurer is mishandling the claim and want them to get publicly
    named in a law suit.

    Please answer if you have time! Rather urgent: If hypothetically a car swerved to dodge a large piece of debris on the highway at night and this lead to spinning out and wrecking the car in a ditch, is there anyway to have comprehensive insurance cover the damage to the car? (The person in this hypothetical does not have collision insurance, only comprehensive)

    I have a case about 3 years ago and its my first time getting a insurance offer my lawyer thinks I should take it stating that herniated disk aren't a serious injury and until this day im not the same I still get pain worried for future difficulties . my question is should I decline this unacceptable lowball offer or would I be risking myself because is been 3 yrs and it will take longer?

    From an Adjuster's point of view, some of these questions (mainly the latter) are good questions and should be discussed with you automatically. However, some of the questions are some that company/business personal info and some simply just won't have the answer for especially if you're employed with a larger company. Others…simply won't have an affect on your claim b/c the Insurance company is suppose to indemnify (not make a profit) for you paying only what's related and necessary to the claim.

    I took my car to an autoshop. That auto shop got set on fire by someone. I had to personally call the guys insurance because I only pay for liability or so I was told by my insurance company. I get ahold of the person I'm supposed to get answers back from 1-2 weeks later. That person tells me that they were going to deny the coverage to my car because the fire was due to arson. Me being young and inexperienced said 'OK I'll see what I can do". My neighbor tells me that they are messing with me. I have now been without a car over a month now. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO?

    I feel liked I'm getting f'd …. Somebody t-boned me while he was coming off the interstate. I got in another accident a week later where a punk kid ran a stop sign and hit me again. I got hold of no adjusters no matter how many messages I left no one called me back. Then all of a sudden I received 2 checks 8n the mail. One for the lowest offer I ever saw and the other is $1000 bucks off. My lawyer said I don't have to accept them because if I cash them my case would be over. What can I do?

    So I have a question I’m having a trouble with my insurance and even tho my insurance was reinstated no one got hert I was in the car I just hit a pole that was hidden against the wall I told them I did it which was true my insurance was instated 5/1 the accident happened after 5/9 they keep asking me to check if it really happened no one has really I checked I’m insured I sent videos pictures I provided witness what should I do?
