How to know if your reference letter works is once of the most stressful parts of the Express Entry process. In this video I reveal one of my best strategies for reviewing reference letters to make sure they meet the Express Entry requirements.

    My second job has the following responsibilities-

    Modify existing programs in accordance with the current industry best practices.
    Implement and suggest fixes to any technical issues or defects raised by the testing teams.
    Assist with the preparation of design specification documentation.
    Analyze, construct, test and configure process definitions.
    Use flowcharts to translate business logic to technical configuration.
    Perform unit testing and document the test cases for new programs.
    Assist in the deployment of in-house processes and programs.
    Provide application support for data migrations and business testing.
    Collaborate with other teams and support their ad-hoc requests.
    Participate in regular code maintenance activities.
    Attend project status calls and communicate the discussion to concerned team members.
    Researching,designing,implementingandmanagingsoftwareprograms
    Writing and implementing efficient codes by evaluating new programs.
    Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing the modifications.
    Maintaining and upgrading existing systems by deploying software tools, processes and metrics.

    Hi Everyone, Hope someone can help me with advice with my case,
    – I have been working with a company (A) for 7 years,

    – but in order for the company to not engage with me, I had to sign during this period with different "Contractors" ( A total of Four sometimes for the same position)

    – These Contractors are mostly HR's, basically they just get payed to pay me and don't know anything about my job, position or duties.
    The Question Is : Should I ask the Reference Letter from my managers on Company (A) That knows what I did, or from My employers that are only there to do contracts and pay me.

    Hi ! I have worked for 6 companies during 11 years of work. I have worked in company twice after after some time. Should my experience letter from this employer with whom I worked for 3 positions-Trainee,Engineer,Sr. Engineer) (two stints) be printed on single LOR or 3 different letters,here it is to mention that duties were the same. Moreover, all the LORs from 6 employers should have different set of duties? My Noc throughout remained same-7245 but my designation kept on elevating. Will change in designationt pose any problem for me? Thanx in advance

    I have claimed for 3+ years work experience in which i worked as trainee engineer for 8 months, assistant electrical engineer for 18 months and electrical engineer for 14 months …i have 2 options. Option 1 – get letter from office saying i worked for 3 years as electrical engineer and attach last 6 months pay slips( and not attach offer letter saying trainee engineer or promotion letters ). Option 2 – get experience letter mentioning all 3 positions and attach offer letters and promotion letters . Which option is better ?

    Hello mark, I am working in Merchant navy (seafarer) NOC 2273 as the nature of my job is contractual( 6 months on board and 6 months leave) based how shall I prove my work experience as continuous???
    As company is not willing to provide a continuous work experience is it ok to obtain a personal reference letter from any senior or a colleague.
    On the behalf of all the seafarers who are struggling and confused what to be done in case of their work experience as its contractual based. Please help

    I am from bangalore, India. After graduation I have a job experience of 3 years which matches a noc code (skill A) exactly, then i did MBA for 2 years and then again I worked for 2 more years in a MNC but not able to find a matching noc. The closest is skill level C. I will get reference letters for both jobs. Am I eligible to apply in express entry. Kindly reply.

    I reached out to my company I left in 2014 . They provided me a jd which is not that workable I think . So I spoke to my x colleague unfortunately who left the company . Even though he agreed to provide me a reference letter . Pls suggest me how does that work ? Does he send me an email stating and I print that out and notarize or in a plain paper and get it notarized ?
