I like the comment on 4:30, about it being apart of the process. I'm new to Property Management and I feel the same way, I don't want to screw anyone over — but at the same time I want to protect my client's interests.

I learned about 0% on HOW to actually screen a tenant. Waste of time clickbait title

Question, I have a person that wants to rent a room in my house. I'm going to use one of the online tenant screening companies. Do I get them to do that themselves? Or do I have to get personal information from them and then I go online and run the check? I've never used one, so I don't want to overstep my boundaries with asking for personal information. But maybe that's what I need to do to rent the room. Thank you

I just ran a basic background in my self and I'm pleased with the service. Paid less that 20.00 and got the basics. I ran a background on myself to make sure some negative marks was off my record. Will definitely use it again.

Your background music was distracting to me… please lose it. Also, you need to recommend a reputable background checking service.
