  1. In today's video, I explain the process of working with headhunters/recruiters, how to talk to them and the key strategies that will increase your chances of finding a new job. Have you worked with a headhunter/recruiter before? What was your experience like? Leave a comment below and let me know! 🙂

  2. This is a great video, Linda! Working with a recruiter is a great idea for certain professions. Love how thoroughly you covered this topic.

  3. Hello Linda…Thank you so much….i learned important things from your videos…
I Am new and I saw your previous videos…Awesome..useful…Thank

  4. She is pretty and it makes it hard to consentrate on her message. I put headphones on and just listen to the audio. I know I'm shallow.

  5. I graduated from college last year then got hired by a company through a recruiter.I was pregnant but didn’t mention it.I legally do not have to.These people allowed me to go on maternity leave then fired me a month into it saying I was incompetent. The recruiter called me to tell me the company wanted to end my contract. These recruiters are money hungry and heartless. They don’t care about you if you’re not making them money period.

  6. I meant to write you—AFTER a horribly extra nervous interview back in Aug–I watched one of your videos on how to approach an interview as a consultant….this calmed my nerves & helped me hone my interview skills. I decided I would treat this like a conversation & I GOT A DREAM JOB. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. Shouldn't the recruiter then contact you and tell you what went wrong in the interview especially if they were also there. Is it entitilement to expect a response ?

  8. That's true about the candidates that say to you " I'm open to any job", I've come across some of them and haven't work with them. Most people that I have placed for a client knew what they wanted next for their career so it was easier to work with them and have a specific goal in mind.

  9. I have learned through direct experience with LinkedIn members in 20+ years of management that just like any other social (in this case business/social) network, 95 % or more of the people who use it embellish or downright lie to make themselves appear to be something they are not.

  10. In this video im going to show you how to leverage LinkedIn to reach out to HR, Recruiters, Managers, etc. You will see that i use this method myself to get interviews. So please check out the video and share it with people you know who are not having much success looking for a new job.

  12. Things would have been really bad cause I lost my job and was staying at home and didn't have a enough money to sustain me and my family until I saw a post about Mr. Carlos @carlos1_uptrades on Instagram and when I reached out he helped me turn my 600USD into 12,700USD in just six days through forex trade and under his guidance..

  13. I like to share my experience with you guys when I left college, I got a Job which was barely enough to pay my bills with nothing left. I practically lived from paycheck to paycheck without any savings. In a short while I left the Job in search of a better Job which took like forever. They all say the same thing; ''that they're not hiring at the moment but however my application will be considered whenever they start hiring". This went on for almost a year, I got kicked out of my house, then I went to live with my friend who introduced me to “olalekanspell” on Instagram who helped her secure her current job. Long story short“ I got my dream Job within 7 days of reaching him, I now own a house and a car courtesy Dr Olalekan’
