  15. Hi Richard, I enjoyed the video, I'm going to be a bit harsh with you here. I have been involved with Desks and Support for over 30 years and have hired hundreds of employees. Honestly I would be suspicious and leery of the answers to the interview questions that you provided, they are over the top and "show boating". I would question someone who uses phrases like "perfect" and "brilliant". I look for honesty and humility. Good answers include phrases like "I like to solve problems", "I like working with people", "I can see myself working well here with your team", and "I enjoy helping people over the phone". Another point, the answers really didn't respond to "tell me about yourself", this is a red flag when someone doesn't want to talk about themselves.
