Hi friend, I'm from Mexico, there are a lot of people who want to change their careers, my wife is going to apply for educator of the first childhood in PEI, but she is a lawyer here in Mexico, I was wondering if there is a benefit in applying cause she's been volunteering in kinder garden and giving biblical studies for kids, also if she can prove with a letter from the kinder garden's owner that when she gets back from Canada she is going to give her a position, is that a good justification for not being refused?

Hi there, I applied student permit a week ago for college from Hong Kong SAR. When they issued the letter of biometrics on last Wednesday, I accidentally uploaded the application receipt form instead of biometric payment receipt.. Then I tried to contact them with the biometrics receipt through webform. Before that, I had paid the biometrics fee already. And I uploaded the receipt too when using webform. So I didn't hear from the local visa office for a while and I'm worried that if they have received the biometrics receipt already or not and there has been no update in my IRCC account. What should I do? I still have 24 days left and I get anxious about the biometrics appointment will be full soon and it affects me a lot? I feel anxious that I will be rejected. I'd also like to ask Is there any other way that IRCC can undo the wrong document that I uploaded and allow me to send the biometrics receipt through IRCC account again? In addition, I have researched about this issue through the IRCC account and there is no answer to it. It would be a great help if there is an answer. Thanks.

I got rejected with this points, what do you think i should do next time reapply?

Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR).

I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
    • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

    • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.
