On February 2, 2021 President Biden signed an Executive Order to improve the naturalization process. In this video, Michael Ashoori explains some of the details of this new Executive Order.

    I didn’t get yet my fingerprint appointment
    Do you have any idea how long I have to wait ??

  2. Hello sir my father was us Green card holder and he sponsor me for I-130 petition and my i-130 case Is under process till September 2020 but now my current status is ( Case is being Actively reviewed by uscis ) now when my case is going to approved

    And one more thing my case under process Nebraska Service Center

  3. Older people above 70/75 should be Tested only for English as their memory fails even though they study & come.

  5. Thank you for the update. Please I want to know if these improvements to naturalization will include people who already applied before these executive orders?? I appealed 1 year ago for denial because I did not provide them the exact court paper they wanted, after I passed the civics. I’m still waiting for another appointment about this appeal. Thank you

  6. Question: if someone marries and come to USA and become citizen and some how get divorced later like after 5 years. Than would it affect their status or traveling?

  7. They cancelled my interview after waiting hours on my interview day saying computer not working in September..and since no update…it's frustrating.dont know what to do. Any guidance will help

  14. Don't get excited. Don't expect any good from the current administration. They are all talks. It even got worse. I know people that their n400 applications were showing five months before the announcement, but now it is ten months.
