If you’re looking to get hired for a new job, it’s likely that you’ll need to submit information for a background check. Your company will probably use a company like First Advantage to process that check, also referred to as the pre-employment background screen. Here’s how it works: First, you’ll receive a link to kick off the process. Click the link to complete a form about your background and personal info, i.e. residential, employment, & educational history, driver’s license, or government ID. This information is necessary to successfully completing your background check. We may reach out for additional info depending on the search type and location.
